These Terms of Purchase govern the use of the Dostavi.ba platform and application (the "Platform"), operated by Dostavi Platforma d.o.o. By placing an order through the Platform, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1. General Provisions

Dostavi.ba is an intermediary platform connecting customers, partner restaurants, and delivery drivers for ordering and delivering food in Visoko and the surrounding area. The Platform allows browsing menus, placing orders, paying, and tracking delivery status.

2. Ordering

  • The customer selects a restaurant and menu items and confirms the order through the application.
  • The restaurant receives the order and may accept or reject it (e.g., due to item unavailability or working hours).
  • The purchase contract is considered concluded at the moment the restaurant accepts the order and the customer is notified of the acceptance.
  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (delivery address, phone number, order contents).

3. Prices

  • All prices are shown in Convertible Marks (BAM/KM) and include applicable taxes.
  • A delivery fee may be added to the order total and is shown before the order is confirmed.
  • The final amount to be charged is displayed to the customer before completing the order.

4. Payment Methods

  • Cash on delivery – payment is made to the delivery driver upon receiving the order.
  • Online card payment – secure payment by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) via the Monri Payments system for card authorization and processing.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer in the order, within the available delivery area.
  • Delivery time is approximate and depends on distance, restaurant workload, and road conditions.
  • The customer or another person at the specified address should be available to receive the order.

6. Order Cancellation

  • An order may be cancelled only before the restaurant has started preparing it.
  • As the order concerns freshly prepared food (perishable goods made to order), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once preparation has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

7. Complaints and Refunds

  • In case of an issue with an order (e.g., wrong or missing item, quality defect), the customer may submit a complaint to [email protected] or call +387 62 215 843, ideally immediately upon receiving the order.
  • Justified complaints are resolved by compensation, item replacement, or refund.
  • Refunds for card payments are made exclusively to the same card used for payment, via the Monri Payments system.

8. Liability

Partner restaurants are responsible for the preparation, quality, and composition of the food. Dostavi.ba makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Platform and timely delivery but is not liable for circumstances beyond its control.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Purchase. The current version is always published on this page.
